It was pretty straightforward. Just some basic questions about what I've done before. They'll want to know about your lighting simulation experience and check your basic optics knowledge. It started with a phone interview, then moved to an in-person interview, and finished with a technical interview. All pretty standard, no surprises.

It was a standard interview process. Started with a phone screen, then a phone interview, and finally an in-person interview. I met with both the manager and a supervisor. They asked some basic questions, nothing too difficult. I was also asked a few questions related to my optics background. Everyone I met was very pleasant and treated me well throughout the entire process.
