Started with a recruiter call, then a video chat with my future manager. The final stage was an on-site assignment where I got to meet the team and they met me. The assignment involved a role-play, presenting an AI Framework to a prospective client.

First, they review your application to see if you meet the basic requirements. Then, a recruiter or hiring manager will call or email you to chat about the role and your interest. After that, there's a technical interview where you'll solve a problem and talk about your experience and tech skills. This is followed by a behavioral interview focusing on teamwork, conflict resolution, and leadership. If all goes well, they'll make an offer, which you can negotiate. Finally, once you accept, you go through onboarding.

The process started with a good HR call. Then I was given a technical assignment to create an ETL pipeline with Airflow and Postgres, due in a week. After submitting it, I asked for feedback after 4 days and was told the developer needed more time. Two days later, the HR informed me she was on vacation and I should continue with another HR. The developer also questioned my approach. I explained myself, and the HR passed the feedback to the developer. That was the end of it, and I'm still waiting for any further updates after a week.
