Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NorSpark.
Marketing Assistant
I applied through Linkedin and got an email right away with an interview date and I got to pick the time. The first interview was pretty standard, they told me about the marketing position and asked if it was what I was looking for. The second interview, they explained the company structure and that I would start at the bottom and work my way up. They said one position, about 6 months to a year from when I started, once I worked my way up from field sales (selling cable tv in Costco), would be the closest I would get to a marketing assistant role because they didn't actually have a position called marketing assistant.

Marketing Representative
I found the interview process with the management team to be very open and honest. They were really on time, and the whole thing ran very smoothly. I've worked with other marketing and sales companies before, and they weren't always straightforward. Norspark was different. I've also seen other interview reviews, and I don't understand how people could say they weren't kept in the loop. All my questions were answered, and they set clear expectations from the start.
- What is your favorite animal?
Marketing
It was very professional, yet relaxed. They were very informative about the job, what the company values and really wanted to learn about getting to know you. Everyone was really nice and welcoming.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
- What motivates your interest in our company?
- How do you envision contributing effectively to our team?
