I applied online in late June and interviewed in Chicago. They were fast in scheduling me for an interview, and then I had a second interview a week or two later. They gave me positive feedback, saying I would be a great fit. I was told I'd hear back in about 2 days, but it's been over a month with no response to emails or calls. I assume I won't get the job, but I wouldn't accept it given their unprofessionalism. It seems common for the Chicago office to keep candidates waiting and then ghost them.

Technical Presentation

I applied on NORR's website and had three interviews, each with someone more senior. They were in a conference room, either one-on-one or a small group. They wanted to see my portfolio and construction documents, and we did a typical Q&A. I got a soft offer via email and verbally. They said I'd hear back in two days after the last interview, but it took over a month for me to call and check. They didn't end up offering me the job.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a very straightforward and informal interview conducted over Teams. Two directors interviewed me; they were both very friendly and engaged while reviewing my portfolio. The interview lasted about an hour, and I received an offer shortly after.
