Had a 30 minute phone screening and they liked me so much they wanted to move fast and gave me a take-home assignment. The assignment was to source 3 people for a role they had open. They said it would be graded and I'd get feedback. I learned my lesson about not working for free. Less than 24 hours later, I got a generic email saying they were going with other candidates, no feedback or acknowledgment of my assignment. I'm left wondering if they'll even contact the people I sourced for them.

My interview process at NoRedInk was excellent. It was not the typical interview process because the company uses the "Who: The A Method for Hiring". What I liked the most about the process is that it is was challenging but exciting at the same time. The team was extremely welcoming. Steps below: - 30 minute interview with the recruiter - 30 minute interview with the CTO - 3 take home assignments - Back to back 1 hour role play scenario with two team members / 1 hour behavioral interview with the CTO - Back to back 30 min meet and greet with the team / 2 hour behavioral interview (professional experience in chronological order) with the CTO - 1 hour interview with the CEO
