Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NoRedInk.
Account Executive
The hiring process had 3 main parts: first, a video interview that you record yourself, then a team interview, and finally a live demo. After the last interview, they asked for references and then I got the offer. If you want to do well, make sure you are ready to talk about your previous sales work, how you sell, and how you think you can help the company.
- Can you tell me what makes you stand out from others?
- Tell me about a unique aspect of yourself.
- What's the most distinctive thing about you?
Account Executive
I had a really great experience interviewing with them! They were super clear about what each step involved and what they were looking for. Getting to meet everyone on the team throughout the process just made me want to join even more.
- What makes you prefer NoRedInk compared to other educational technology companies?
- Can you share an instance where you were given feedback and how you applied it to make improvements?
Account Executive
They have 3 stages, then a role play. A recruiter will reach out to you first. Then a Zoom with the head of sales who is very rough around the edges and then a role play with team members that in my opinion shouldn't be doing a role play with potential candidate.
- Tell me about a challenging sales situation you faced.
