I got a response pretty quickly, but they only had interview slots open months out. They sent me emails with details on where to go and who to call upon arrival. The emails also reminded me to dress professionally and show up early. The HR department was really good at getting back to me. The interviews started with a group session, and then I was pulled aside for an 'activity' where I had to sell them a specific product.

Applied late Jan and got an email two days later for an interview. The next day, HR called and offered two dates. They said it could take up to 2 hours, but it was done in about an hour. First, I met with HR who explained the interview structure. Then, a panel interview with two department managers and HR, which was 10-15 minutes with each, asking about selling personality and fashion trends. Following that was a selling simulation in a department of my choice, where I had to sell to the department managers. Afterward, I met with the store manager who asked about my future and career goals. Finally, I met with the head of HR, who asked similar questions and explained the pay structure.

The interview process has three stages. The first stage is the online application, followed by a video interview. The final stage is the most important, a group interview that includes a mock sale. During this final stage, you'll be asked questions about your fashion experience, leadership abilities, your thoughts on commission, and you'll participate in a mock sale. It's crucial to make a good impression, act positively, and show genuine excitement about the opportunity to sell.
