The interview was done through a third-party remote video service. I had to record my answers to questions. There wasn't anyone interviewing me live. I got 10 questions, and each had to be answered within 30 seconds of being shown. I could only do one practice recording before submitting my final answer.

I did a cam interview through indeed that lasted about 25 minutes and I was hired right away. They initially told me it would be a sales position with commission, but after getting a new contact person from Nordstrom’s, I found out it was just a cashier role without any commission.
