It was an easy ask about basic customer service stuff, and there was an online written test about customer service too. The questions weren't too difficult, but you need to try not to lose focus during the test because it requires logical and critical thinking.

First, they give you a call and ask some basic admin questions. If you pass that initial screening, they'll schedule some time for an interview and tests. You'll go through a bunch of tests, including a typing test, an accuracy test, and some ability tests. After that, you'll have an interview with a team manager who will ask you questions related to customer service. If you do well, you'll then interview with the operations manager, who will ask you some questions based on your resume and what you've said before. It's quite a bit to get through in one day, but it's not hard at all. Just relax, be yourself, and you'll be fine.
