Key Account Manager
The process was easy but very long. I spoke with the recruiter for 30 minutes and then with the manager for 1 hour. It went very well, they were both lovely. There are 4 interviews in total. It was very comfortable and they explained everything in detail.
- What makes me stand out from the other candidates?
Customer Service Representative
It was an easy ask about basic customer service stuff, and there was an online written test about customer service too. The questions weren't too difficult, but you need to try not to lose focus during the test because it requires logical and critical thinking.
- What do you consider your main priorities when working?
- How do you prioritize your tasks?
- What would be your top priorities in this role?
Technical Sales Representative
The interview process is pretty easy and smooth. You just need to have good communication skills and knowledge about customer service. There are typically 3 rounds, but it can vary depending on the position. I had 3 rounds, and the second round was an assessment that you have to clear no matter what.
- How would you handle difficult or impolite customers?
Sales Representative
I applied and got a call the same day, super quick! It was a basic interview, they even checked my internet speed. Then I got a link for a 2.5-hour test with customer service and multitasking stuff. After I finished the test, HR called me, said I passed, and asked some questions like why I want to work for Nordia, and other basic customer service and sales questions. Got the offer by email the next day!
- What makes you want to work for Nordia?
- Why are you interested in this specific role?
- Have you held any sales positions in the past?
