I found the job and applied on their website. It started with a recruiter call, followed by a chat with their Manager. Then, I went to their office in Nordea for a meeting. The Manager asked me about my ideas on their organization’s structure and how Project Managers cooperate. He also explained their working methods and what my day-to-day tasks would involve. However, they didn't have a project for me, and it seemed like I'd be waiting for 3 months doing nothing. He was unsure what I'd do during that waiting period, which struck me as quite unprofessional. The initial offer was for a 3-month trial, but I turned it down.

Behavioral Technical Case

I applied before the closing date and heard back within 3 weeks for a 1-hour interview with two senior managers. They'd read my CV and cover letter. I was told I'd hear in at least two weeks about a second interview, but they contacted me after a week. The second interview had clear timing, and I did an online test beforehand. It was with one of the previous managers and an HR person who led it, focusing on the online test results. It was interactive. They asked about salary expectations and start date. Again, I was told to expect a two-week wait, but heard back sooner. The third interview was with the same two people, also under an hour. It was only 10 minutes long for them to offer me the job and discuss salary and start date.

Behavioral Technical Other

went through an initial interview that lasted about an hour. Then, I had to complete four online assessments from SHL: a personality test, a reading comprehension test, a math test, and a logic test. After about two weeks, I had another interview with both HR and the hiring manager. The whole process spanned roughly two months, and in the end, I never received any follow-up.
