So, I had a quick chat with the recruiter first, it was super short, maybe 5 minutes. They asked basic stuff like why I was interested in the company and how I found out about the role. After that, I got an invite for a more serious interview with the manager I'd be working with. That one was in person, lasted about an hour. Then, I had to do a technical test, which took another hour.

The interview process had many stages: first a meeting with HR and a potential colleague, then a SQL coding task. After that, they asked about key challenges in the Baltic banking sector and how to deal with them, followed by a loan tape analysis. Then there was a presentation of the analysis, and an interview with the manager. A personality test was also part of it, but I failed to provide it due to technical issues. Finally, they asked for recommendations from past employers.
