You submit some papers, then there's a long wait, followed by an interview. After that, you'll get a take-home task, which you then present during the interview. The initial interview was mainly about general questions, like your salary expectations and previous experience. When they sent over the homework, they gave me 4 days to complete it and present it to a stakeholder. I had to tackle 4 different tasks and create a presentation on top of that. I have to admit, even after dedicating over 10 hours of my free time, I still didn't manage to finish it completely.

The whole thing took about 3 months. I applied online and then a month later got the first interview. The manager mostly talked about the company and asked me some personal questions. After that, I got invited to do some online tests, basic SHL stuff like Verbal, Logic, Quant reasoning, and a Personality test. They looked at my test scores (I got high results) and my SHL personality questionnaire. Then there were a few HR questions about my personality and hobbies. They said I'd hear back in a week, but I had to follow up myself after waiting longer, and then they told me I didn't get the job.
