Telephone Interviewer
First, you'll fill out an application online. After that, HR will conduct a phone interview. If that goes well, they'll schedule an in-person interview with a supervisor. The supervisor will ask you job-specific questions, tell you when the training class starts, and go over the pay for the position.
- What makes you want to work here for this role?
Telephone Interviewer
checked in with the front desk and had to wait a few minutes. called back to another section, given general job info, mainly info from job description. after waiting a few minutes, i was directed to a solo interview and asked the typical questions. was told during interview i seemed over-qualified for the position and was offered next level position. i rejected that offer because the hours were undesirable, but happily accepted the original job.
- Can you share an example of a time you demonstrated problem-solving skills?
Telephone Interviewer
I already knew I didn't get the job before this interview, and apparently that's common based on other reviews. I had two issues with how it went down. First, they wouldn't let me see the script beforehand, so I messed up reading it. Second, the interviewer lied and said I did well and passed, and that they'd call me back. What a liar! They apparently hire you right away if they like you.
- Describe a situation where you had to rapidly establish a business relationship.
