The interview process involved easy technical questions and nice interviewers. It started with a self-introduction, followed by broad questions about why NORC and your future career path. Then, they asked specific questions regarding your quant/qual research experience, programming languages, and research interests. I'm not sure if they asked behavioral questions, but it's probably a good idea to prepare for them.

I applied and got an email from HR the next day to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was invited to a 5-hour interview with back-to-back interviews with team members. I didn't hear back, so I followed up with HR who said they had chosen another candidate who 'more closely met the current project needs'. This was frustrating because during my interview, no one was able to tell me what projects this role would be working on and said they needed help in several areas. So they couldn't tell me what the current project needs were, but decided I didn't fit them.

So I applied for a Research Analyst role and a recruiter reached out to interview me for a Principal Research Analyst position in their Health Sciences Research department. The recruiter requested a long-form CV after the initial screening phone call. Following that, I had about three hours of interviews over two days with seven different employees. They didn't ask any deep technical questions. About a week after the interviews, the recruiter sent a short email to let me know the process was over. I didn't get any feedback when I asked.
