& Process

Started with an HR Call, then went into two technical rounds. First technical was mainly SQL - basics, window functions, optimizing queries, and different ways to answer questions. Second technical round was similar, but also included Excel/G-Sheet questions like Vlookup, Xlookup, their limits, pivot tables, sumifs, and some basic Python. This was followed by an in-office culture fit round. After making multiple follow-ups with no response, I was ghosted. I was later told they were interviewing other candidates. It's strange to ask someone to come in for a cultural round if they weren't going to be considered. Luckily, I had other offers and accepted one. It's clear Noon's team isn't reliable even for hiring.

The company felt lethargic. There were about 4 to 5 technical and Bar raiser rounds over nearly 2 months. After I passed all rounds, they first offered me a position in India, but at half the salary of Dubai (which was less than my current salary). They also weren't sure if I'd eventually be relocated to Dubai. When I started negotiating the salary, they just disappeared. No one from HR would respond to my calls or emails. This is the second time this has happened with noon.

The interview process had two technical rounds, which included medium to hard SQL problems focusing on window functions and CTEs. Additionally, there were two business rounds that assessed stakeholder management, critical thinking, and business acumen, including case questions about quick commerce.
