The whole thing took about two weeks. First, HR emailed to set up a 15-minute Zoom chat. HR asked why I wanted to work for Nomis, why I was leaving my current job, and about salary expectations. Then HR told me about Nomis. The people were nice and the interview process was quick.

I had a similar experience to others. The first phone interview I was supposed to have was missed. After it was rescheduled and completed, I was flown out for in-person interviews. I was told I'd hear back the next week, but never heard anything even after trying to follow up by phone and email. It was pretty disrespectful and unprofessional, especially since I took the time to fly out to meet with them.

First, there was a phone call with HR. It was disorganized, with very basic questions but slow transcription, making a 15-minute chat take over an hour. Incompetence showed with messed up times, wrong emails, names, and phone numbers. They sent four emails when one would have sufficed. The hiring manager call was better, and I got an interview invite. The interview involved analyzing data beforehand, presenting it, and then in-person tests and interviews. The day was a disaster, with shocking basic errors from the technical team. I left feeling bewildered. The company seems to think highly of itself and its intelligence, but I saw no proof.
