First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nomad Health.
Software Engineer
It was a long process, 6 steps in total. The last 3 steps were technical and all on the same day. I thought the last stage with the CEO would be more behavioral or business-related, but it turned out to be a discussion about algorithms. I was already pretty tired from the earlier stages and didn't do my best.
- Can you explain this algorithm to me?
Software Engineer
They offered a really low salary range and a lot of interview rounds, like a big tech company would have. It's not surprising they have a low rating. I decided to quit the process because the initial interview made it obvious that the environment was toxic. This company and their payment, recruitment, and product are all bad.
- Do you know Python?
Senior Software Engineer
I went through 2 interview stages. The first was a Tic Tac Toe challenge. The second was a 1-hour meeting with two parts: the first 30 minutes were for technical questions, and the last 30 minutes were for a React code challenge.
- Resolve the tic tac toe challenge.
- Answered some technical questions.
- Solved a code challenge in React.
