Operations Associate
I was reached out to via email, and asked if I would be available for a phone call. After the phone call, I was told I was moving on to a second interview which was a zoom interview. The interviewer was nice and the questions weren't too hard. I thought I did well and would be moving on to the third interview, but then I didn't hear back. I reached out for an update but never got a response, so I was ghosted. If they filled the role, they should have updated me. It's unprofessional.
- What makes you want to join Nomad?
Operations Associate
I applied online and then an HR recruiter reached out to me to set up an initial phone call. The second round was with a member of upper level management. The last round was about an hour and a half long with multiple team members / senior level management. I received an offer within 1.5-2 weeks.
- Why do you want to work at Nomad?
- Can you provide an example of a time you improved or made a process more efficient?
- How have you handled a difficult customer or client?
Operations Associate
It was a pretty easy interview process. I first had a phone call with a recruiter, and then after that, I had a 30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager. They asked some basic questions about my experience and about how I would handle certain situations that I'd run into in this role. Unfortunately, I wasn't offered the role because of 'lack of relevant experience.'
- What would be your response if a nurse contacted you outside of normal working hours about an emergency?
