The interview process started with a phone interview, then a team interview. After that, I got a rejection. I think the rejection was based on cultural fit, as they seemed to focus on ensuring team compatibility.

The interview process was pretty simple. First, they'd give you a call to let you know you were being considered and then give you a general idea of the role. Then, you'd get an email with a project description that they thought would be a good match for you. If you were still interested, you'd then schedule an interview with the head of the internship program. They asked really basic questions. Part of the call was actually with my soon-to-be supervisor, who explained his current work and how he saw me contributing. All in all, their interview seemed to be mostly about finding a good fit for you at Noblis. I guess if they invite you for an interview, they already want to hire you.

Applied online and heard back in early spring to schedule a phone interview. Had an initial chat with HR, and then they set up another interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked about my past experiences and my familiarity with the technologies for the internship. After that, HR reached out with an offer. The whole thing was super fast.
