First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at No Labels.
Intern
The interview process seemed really easy at first, but then I was passed around to a lot of different people who kept asking me the same things over and over. Two people who interviewed me extended an offer, but then a third person took it back. It's obvious there's a major communication breakdown, which explains why they have such high employee turnover.
- What makes you want to work here?
Intern
I had a quick 10-minute phone chat first. The questions were pretty standard. Later that day, I was invited for an in-person interview with someone else. This face-to-face chat was also pretty standard. Nothing out of the ordinary, and the interviewer was really nice and receptive.
- What makes you interested in working at No Labels?
- Can you discuss some details from your resume?
Intern
Submitted my resume on the No Labels website in early March. Received an email acknowledging receipt. About two weeks later, I was contacted to set up a 30-minute phone interview. I received an offer that same evening and had 14 days to decide.
- Why did you choose to apply to No Labels specifically, over other organizations in Washington D.C.?
