Had a really long phone interview, over 45 minutes. The interviewer was nice, but a lot of the questions felt like random fluff and not really about the job. Then I found out there's gonna be a pre-recorded interview where I have to film myself answering stuff, plus another 1-2 live virtual interviews. It's ridiculous. I'm not even applying to be the CEO. If this is what it takes to answer phones, I can only imagine working there. The pay seemed good, but it feels like a fancy-titled call center job.

The recruiter gave me a call to learn more about me and asked about my background. The next day, I was invited for an interview. I first met with the recruiter who went over my application and asked me questions about my past experience, jobs, and customer service skills. The recruiter also explained the interview process and shared details about the company. After that, I met with a manager who asked me some basic questions. The recruiter called me the following day with a job offer, which I was thrilled to accept.

Behavioral Technical Other

I sent my resume through the NJM website and got a phone call the very next day. After that, I had two in-person interviews. The first was with HR, and the second was with the hiring manager. They made me a job offer right after the second interview, but it was conditional on passing a background check and a drug test.
