I applied online back in Dec 2018. They set up a phone interview, which I did. The recruiter mentioned that the next step would be an in-person interview. I followed up with her twice and got the same story. It's now March and I still haven't heard back. Honestly, if a company treats you this badly during the hiring process, I can only imagine how they'll treat you as an employee.

Applied online and then got a call a few weeks later for a phone interview with HR. It was about 30 minutes, and they asked standard job questions to see if I would be a good fit. After that, I was scheduled for an in-person interview with a different HR person the next week. I showed up early, dressed professionally, and brought my resume, and I knew about the company. This interview was about 45 minutes. I signed some papers for a background check and drug test, which would happen if I got an offer. They asked typical questions like why I want to work there, what makes me a good fit, and how I handle angry customers, which I answered in detail. It felt a bit intense, like an interrogation, but the questions weren't that hard. I asked some questions at the end, and the HR person answered them positively. They said the next step is for HR to review the interview results with management for a potential final interview.

The interview was comfortable. First, there was a Skype interview. Then, I was invited to meet the team in person. About a week after the face-to-face meeting, I got a call with a job offer. After accepting the offer, there's a thorough background check.
