We had 4 in-person assessments to start, which were standard tests for mechanical, math, electronics, and reading comprehension. After that, there was a verbal interview with one hiring manager and two staff members. The company's communication about the process was a bit slow, but that's pretty typical for a big organization.

Started with a virtual screening call with the recruiter, then had a panel interview with the hiring team. The whole process was well-organized and ran smoothly with good scheduling. They were flexible with timing and days. The team asked questions related to the job and also about workplace culture and fit.

It was a pretty standard interview on Teams. The panel had a list of questions ready about Excel, handling data, and some scenarios. It went for about 40 minutes, and they really wanted to know how I'd tackle problems. They didn't ask much that was deeply technical for the role.

I sent in my resume via a recruiter, and they set up a Teams interview. I was looking forward to it. They mentioned it would be two people interviewing me, but three showed up. They had their cameras off, even though the recruiter told me to make sure mine was on. About 15 minutes into the hour-long interview, one of the interviewers said they didn't want to make the wrong decision and that they'd follow up about an in-person meeting. I never heard back. This has never happened to me in any other interviews. They barely asked me any questions while I was going through my resume. It felt unprofessional and rude.
