Behavioral Presentation

The interview was very laid-back. We primarily discussed my future career aspirations and my motivations for seeking a paralegal role. About half the time was dedicated to the interviewer explaining the position, the previous incumbent's background, and the specific qualities the hiring manager was seeking.

Behavioral Technical Other

Went through a phone interview and then an in-person one. The HR person was super nice and helpful, made me feel comfortable. An attorney was in the in-person interview and didn't ask many questions, nor did they really explain what the job skills were. The phone interview was with a remote manager who just went over the firm's benefits and didn't ask any questions.
