So, the interview has about 4 to 5 stages. It starts with a group discussion, then we have a L1 technical interview, followed by a L2 technical interview. After that, there are one or two HR rounds. For our batch, they actually changed things up and added a coding exam after the L1 technical round.
- Could you write the code for a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) on paper?
- What's your understanding of Cloud Technologies?
- Can you tell me about object detection methodologies?
Software Engineer
HR called and scheduled the L1 interview for the next day. There were 3 rounds of interviews. L1 was a Technical interview covering basics of Java, Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Database SQL, API, and some Manual Testing questions. Then L2 focused on the fundamentals of the technology stack (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, microservices, SQL, REST APIs, front-end tech where relevant). For developer positions, expect conceptual questions, coding problems, and discussions on past projects. Some positions might involve problem-solving or practical coding tests. The timing and difficulty can vary, with some technical rounds reported as challenging and deep, especially for automation or senior roles. L3 was an HR ROUND focusing on behavioral questions, cultural fit, and logistics (salary, joining date, etc.). Most candidates finish the process in about 1–2 weeks, but it can range from a day or two to several weeks depending on schedules and the number of rounds.
