Nissan Digital recruited from my college for their new Digital Hub in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. All the tests and interviews happened right there on campus. First, there was a test on the cocubes platform which had two parts: an aptitude test and a coding test. You had to pass the aptitude part to even attempt the coding one. The aptitude test covered verbal reasoning, logical reasoning, and quantitative aptitude. For those who passed, interviews were scheduled for a later date. The next round was a technical interview. I presented my web-based project, and the interviewer asked me to design a part of its database schema and then asked more questions about the schema. The final round was an HR interview. It started with an introduction, then questions like 'What's the most interesting thing you've done?'. They also asked about my extra-curricular activities, which I answered. Overall, it was a good interview experience.
