So when I went in, they didn't really tell me what I needed until a few minutes into the interview. I was a little confused at first and it felt awkward (mostly unprofessional), but after the first 5-10 mins it got better and we went through.

The interview process involved a theoretical and practical test. There were about thirty-something theoretical questions. The questions were entirely technical regarding the chosen function, covering mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical aspects. It was quite good, setting the bar high due to the significant difficulty, with elevated standards, which is expected for Nissan. I really liked the interview and the respectful and polite environment from the start of the process.

We started with an online test, then recorded an online interview. After that, I was invited to an assessment centre. At the assessment centre, we did two group exercises: one was redesigning a factory layout, and the other was ranking jobs by importance. Then, we had to pitch a presentation we had prepared. Finally, there was a competency-based interview.
