Then, an HR assistant did an interview that included some tests, focusing on your personal skills and character, and how you’d react in tough situations. After that, the hiring manager interviewed you, mostly to see how you’d fit with the team and what value you’d bring. Finally, they made a job offer and you could talk about the salary.
