First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nissan.
Manager
The interview process was structured and well-planned. It involved multiple rounds with different managers, focusing on my personality and seniority. We also discussed my work experience. Overall, it was a good experience as we found a good fit.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Commercial Manager
it was a routine but somewhat demanding process, they require English level b1 and up. I never felt harassed, but it was a bit tough to get through their selection filters. The interviewer was capable of asking questions outside the basic script and indicating about your knowledge.
- Do you currently have any economic support from another source?
Management Graduate
There were three team exercises. You needed to collaborate with everyone and make quick decisions on scenarios. Be prepared for company employees to be observing and documenting everything you say. I didn't like it. Everything felt cold and there were too many of us for the few positions available.
- Describe how you would approach decision-making and teamwork scenarios.
