It was mostly about discussing yourself and your strengths. Some interviewers throw in critical thinking questions too. They'll ask about your ability to collaborate and handle difficult conversations. You really need to be ready to think fast.

The interview process involved 4 interviews and a test. The first two interviews were conducted over the phone and Skype for more than an hour each. It was quite difficult to establish a connection, which was surprising for a global company that seemed to be trying to save money but ended up wasting over 30 minutes just to get connected. The last two interviews were on-site. All four interviews were on separate days, which really disrupted my schedule as I am currently working full-time. The HR representative was very hostile. They repeatedly demanded information and became aggressive about an online test that seemed pointless. By the fourth interview, the company's hostile approach had really put me off. I even considered cancelling the last interview but decided to go, which only made my negative feelings about the place stronger.
