Nissan contacted me to set up a phone screening via Calendly. The initial slots were full, so I emailed them about adding more, but got no response. Later, more slots appeared, and I managed to get one. During the screening, the interviewer seemed uninterested and cut me off during an answer. He also seemed unable to answer my questions about the internship. The interview ended early, and I felt like they had already decided on candidates and were just wasting my time. They ghosted me afterward. It was a terrible experience.

The first interview was a phone call, followed by an in-person interview. It was a panel interview with about 5 other people. They got back to me quickly after I applied. I also had to complete 4 tests on prove it.com.
