It was a solid interview process, really vets out how much you know about manufacturing and CI concepts. Kind people and the process moved relatively quickly. Plant tour was included at the end of the interview and there was plenty of time to ask questions and understand the fit.

Got a response pretty fast after I applied and then had an interview. It was a zoom call with two people who interviewed me. They were both really nice and answered all the questions I had. Then I got the offer a couple of weeks later.

The whole process took about 3.5 weeks. It started with a phone screen by HR. Then there was another phone screen with HR and someone from the department. The next step was an onsite interview. During the onsite, I met with two managers and an observer. They asked questions from what seemed like a standard list, covering both technical and behavioral aspects.
