Manufacturing Engineer
Got a response pretty fast after I applied and then had an interview. It was a zoom call with two people who interviewed me. They were both really nice and answered all the questions I had. Then I got the offer a couple of weeks later.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses. What do you know about Nissan?

Process Engineer
The whole process took about 3.5 weeks. It started with a phone screen by HR. Then there was another phone screen with HR and someone from the department. The next step was an onsite interview. During the onsite, I met with two managers and an observer. They asked questions from what seemed like a standard list, covering both technical and behavioral aspects.
- Could you share your biggest weaknesses and provide examples?
