Applied and heard back from the recruiter within one week for a phone screening. Two weeks later, had the face-to-face interview. During the face-to-face, they seemed unprepared and weren't sure if it was a screening or an interview. They also didn't seem to review my resume. One interviewer was on his phone and laptop the whole time, which wasn't the most professional.

I had a 1:1 interview at the Irving location. We talked about my analytical skills and how I approach analysis, and also about my communication and leadership style and experience. They also asked about my experience with call centers and any reporting I've done in previous jobs. We discussed how to lead a team, and I talked about courses I've taken to build that experience, as well as my college experience and how it relates to the job.

Got a call about a role they thought I'd be a good match for. They scheduled a phone interview, which was pretty standard. We talked about my experience and went over common interview questions. They called back a few days later to say the hiring manager wanted to do an in-person interview and asked for my availability. Then they said they'd let me know the specific day the hiring manager wanted to schedule it. But, I never heard back after that.
