So it was a panel intetview with the HR rep, team lead, and manager there. They started by asking me to talk about my background and work history. Then they asked what I enjoyed most about my last job. After that, it was all situational questions. It felt professional but not scary. I was comfortable and it seemed like they really wanted to get to know me and my personality.

My interview process with this company, which I've nicknamed NoSource, began with a phone screen with HR. They asked basic questions and also inquired about what I wanted to know about the company. I heard back the next day and was invited for an on-site interview. This was a group interview that included the hiring manager, a senior manager, and the HR contact. The questions were mostly basic and followed the STAR format. Following that, I had an interview with the director, and the HR contact remained present. After the interview, I contacted the HR person multiple times for a status update. I received very vague responses but was never explicitly told I was out of the running. When I informed them I had another offer, I received no further communication.

I applied through the company website and a few weeks later, I got a call for an interview. The interviews were mostly behavioral, using a STAR format which was about 80% of it, but there were some technical questions too. They gave me a job offer over the phone about 1-2 weeks after that. I also had to do a drug test and a background check.
