Applied online and then a recruiter reached out. The recruiter was really bad at responding to emails and even missed one of our interviews. After that, I had a call with an engineer who had a strong accent that made understanding them difficult. While I was answering, they kept interrupting me with more questions, which made it hard to finish my thoughts before being asked something new. Once I got through the interruptions, the engineer just told me my designs were wrong, even though they worked and weren't brute force. They then spent five minutes explaining their way and saying mine was improper, instead of suggesting improvements. It was rude.
