Account Manager
Started with a phone interview. Then, randomly got an email from someone who wasn't my recruiter. They wanted to chat about my experience but somehow didn't have the right phone number, which was weird since it was just a week after the phone interview. I called the guy, who turned out to be a sales manager. He asked about my old job and how things worked there, specifically asking about esign and document generation software. It really felt like they were trying to gather info to sell to my old company. Or maybe I'm wrong, but an unannounced call about my work experience from someone other than the recruiter I was dealing with is just not professional.
- Can you describe the workflow process at your previous job?
- Did your last employer use esign programs?
- Did your last employer use document generation programs?
Account Manager
We had about 3-4 interviews spread out over 2-3 weeks. It started with a screening call with the Talent Acquisition team, then a peer interview, followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager. The last part was a presentation where we were given the objective and had to build and deliver a deck on Territory Management. The questions were pretty standard overall.
- What steps would you take to re-engage a client who isn't currently using the product?
- Can you present on Territory Management?
Account Manager
The hiring process involved three main parts: first, a preliminary phone chat. Following that, there was an in-person meeting with the hiring manager and VP. The last step was a peer-to-peer discussion. They made sure the vibe was chill, and I even got a quick peek at the office space and its amenities.
- Could you share some of your background in the BPM sector?
