The interviews were good, and the panelists were great. However, it seems like no one had a clear understanding of the requirements. One day, they wake up and realize they have a requirement, the next day it’s gone. On the third day, the requirement reappears, and they interview a few candidates. By the fourth day, it’s no longer needed. Then on the fifth day, they need candidates again and ask previously interviewed candidates for another round, only for the requirement to disappear once more after the interview. Is this a joke?
