It was a pretty standard interview. They asked normal questions about my background (personal, education, etc.) and why I was interested in the role and industry. The interviewer also made sure to leave time for me to ask questions at the end. It was a professional and straightforward process.

I applied for an Account Supervisor role in NYC, and went through two rounds of interviews plus an assignment. They told me the role moved to the west coast. Then they reached out about a freelance role, scheduled a call, and then cancelled it two days prior saying they weren't moving forward.

The interview process had 3 rounds. One round was with HR and the VP, and another was with a junior/mid-level person. It was really enjoyable to learn more about the agency and the types of teams they have. A heads-up, they don't really count internship experience as professional experience, which can be really frustrating. For someone fresh out of college with a lot of experience, it's tough when your internship experience gets significantly discounted based on what they consider 'professional experience.'
