The interview process was lengthy with too many rounds to properly assess the candidature. Overall, it was a decent experience. The talent team was really good and supportive. If you are in sales or operations, you can join the company.

Technical Presentation Other

I had about 6-7 interviews with NIIT in total. This included technical interviews, tests, HR, a presentation, and mock interviews. First, there was a written test, followed by a technical round for Java. Then I was asked to give a presentation and was selected. However, since the Pune positions were full, I was offered a role in Mumbai. This led to another telephonic technical round. After that, I was invited to Mumbai for HR and final rounds. Before traveling to Mumbai, I also had to complete online aptitude tests.
