The interview process started with one phone interview. After that, there was a virtual interview. The interviewer asked about my knowledge and gave me some situational questions. I should have basic knowledge of QA practices, SDLC, and Neg and positive testing, etc. Of course, they asked more about my related experience. It was a very easy interview process. There wasn’t a test to take.

Got called by consultancies for interviews, but they didn't disclose the openings. For 2 positions, they had 70-80 applicants. Eventually, they'd call some applicants and tell them their domain wasn't a match, even before interviewing, or just go through the motions of an interview and dismiss them. The HR system is really poor.
