Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NIIT Limited.
Project Manager
It was a very smooth and basic process. I had to do a presentation for five people to describe my way of working. The whole thing lasted one hour and a half. Very nice.
- Can you describe your way of working?
Project Manager
The interview process usually kicks off with a group discussion, followed by two technical rounds. After that, there's an HR round. They ask simple questions, but they'll definitely test your subject knowledge and your Excel skills.
- Tell me about project management situations.
- Can you describe a situation you faced?
- Questions about your personal life.
Project Manager
got a call in the morning about interview on the same day... reached NIIT at half past 10. took iQ test, Personality test, Management test. HR was so confused it seemed she had a target to hire atleast 10 candidates that day for different positions. After the written test i had 1:1 with people management head, then another round with HR, then with division head. At around 5:00 PM i was told i am selected and the offer will be mailed to me. When i was about to leave I was told there will be another telephonic round from the person to whom i will report. Which was a mere formality.
- What makes you want to work for NIIT?
