It was a 4-step interview process that took about 20 days to complete. The management was helpful during the entire time. The first step was a phone call with HR, followed by a call with an expert. Then, there were three assessment tests. The last step was a final interview conducted via video call.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process began with an HR round where I was asked the common question "Tell me about yourself?". Following that, I was given an A4 paper to write on any topic, which was a grammar test. I made a couple of minor mistakes but corrected them during my interview with the Operations Manager. This interview was great. He introduced himself, shared his career journey, and then explained the job role and the work pressure involved. He asked some tricky questions, which I managed to answer cleverly, impressing him. The interview lasted about 40 minutes, and he seemed to be assessing my stability. I then asked for feedback on my overall interview, and he said it was good. The next step was a third and final round: an online test with two papers – one for logical questions and one for behavioral questions. I passed both. After the online test, I was told to wait for a call. The next day, I received a call requesting scanned copies of my academic documents. That concluded my interview process at NIIT.

After applying online, I got an email for the first interview a few days later. The whole process has two more interviews after this one. I was given the wrong address initially, and it took a lot of calls to get the correct one. The interview lasted about 40 minutes and took place right by the reception of another company, with people walking by and talking.
