It was a telephonic interview round where the hr asked some basic questions about myself, background and since the company has a 2 year bond to be signed they asked whether I'm ready to sign that bond. Over all it was a easy round.

I was first contacted by a recruiter who sent me the job description and salary details. Then I had an initial phone screen, followed by a writing test. After doing well in both of those, I went for an in-person interview at their Dublin office. I got there early, but the receptionist had trouble finding me. After a long wait, someone finally met me without an apology. I met two people who seemed a bit down and uninterested in the company, and the vibe was pretty somber, making me question if I'd even take the job. They said I'd hear back in a few days, but after following up multiple times with four people, I never got a response. It felt like they ghosted me. Seeing the same job advertised for less money a few weeks later also felt off.

So, first they gave me a take-home test, which I think I did really well on. After that, there was a phone interview, but honestly, I didn't get any feedback on it. The very next day, I got an email asking me to complete a cognitive test. I did that too, and still no word from HR. I had to call them myself after three days, and the HR person casually told me I didn't make it past the phone screen and the cognitive test. It's frustrating because why waste our time if you're not going to hire? And why have another test if I'm already rejected?
