Supply Chain Analyst
First, you'll apply online with your CV and documents. Then, shortlisted candidates take an online test covering numerical, verbal, logical, and abstract thinking. After that, successful candidates go to an assessment center for group discussions, presentations, and case studies. Finally, there's a face-to-face panel interview with senior management about your background, motivation, and company knowledge, possibly with technical questions.
- Describe a situation where you encountered workplace change and explain your response.
Management Trainee
First part was degree related questions. Then there was a company case study where I had to talk about sales strategy to enhance profit and customer retention. After that, I had to discuss current affairs issues for 5 mins. Then came questions about my CV, the position I'm applying for, and key concepts related to my course of study and the position which might need diagrams and flow charts.
- Explain the mechanical refrigeration process.
- Tell me about the job role.
- How do you fit into our company culture?
Brand Manager
I got a call from a recruiter in the UK about the job. We chatted and they asked if I was interested. They sent over the job description and I said I might be. I sent my resume, and they said they'd pass it along. A couple months later, the recruiter called to set up my first interview. I had a chat with two Marketing senior managers and an HR manager. Afterwards, I had to fill out a form and give 3 references. A few weeks after that, I had another interview with the Marketing Director. To wrap things up, I met with the HR Director, who gave me a verbal offer.
- How would you estimate the number of cars on Nigerian roads?
Management Trainee
So, the interview process for the Management Trainee role involved a group case study first. After that, there was an interview that dug into my resume, with some questions related to my specific discipline, current affairs, and a 5-minute presentation on a current economic pain point, like unemployment or corruption, and what its impact is. Finally, there were competency-based questions, plus some math, quantitative analysis, and mechanics stuff.
- Can you explain the mechanical refrigeration cycle?
