I applied to this company last month and went through the initial interview, panel interview, and managerial interview. I thought I would get the offer since HR told me I passed everything and they'd contact me about the offer for their BGC office. They even asked for character references, which I provided. But, HR called two days later to say hiring was frozen due to internal reasons. I followed up a week later, but never heard back. This place is a major red flag, I'd give them negative stars if I could. It was a total waste of my time. I really hope others don't have the same frustrating experience.

The interview process usually starts with a technical test, which is typically done online through platforms like HackerRank, CoCubes, or the company's own portal. This is followed by a technical interview where they will really dig into your projects and core subjects such as OOP, DBMS, OS, and DSA. You'll likely be asked to code on the spot and discuss any tools or frameworks you've used, like React, Node.js, or Java. They're also interested in your problem-solving approach, so be ready to explain how you think. Finally, there's an HR interview to check your communication skills, attitude, and if you're a good culture fit for the company.

Technical Behavioral

It was a bad experience because I had already cleared two tech rounds and the technical director shared positive feedback during the interview itself, asking me to join the following Monday (I interviewed on a Thursday). I was an immediate joiner so I agreed. The weekend passed and I kept waiting for further updates from HR, but she didn’t reach out to me. I tried reaching her a couple of times throughout the week, but she was not answering my calls and ignoring me. After two weeks, she said the position was on hold and I had to give the same technical interview for a different team with a different manager. I agreed. He was rude and ended the call in just 30 minutes. He wasn’t even interested in hearing me out. And no further updates ever. I was really excited to join the company because the technology stack and role were an exact match for my profile and what I was looking for. But I was just left with disappointment from NICE.
