First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NiCE.
Renewals Manager
The interview process was good, overall pretty easy. There were about 5 interviews, and then they made an offer. I didn't end up taking it, but I'd recommend it.
- Why are you interested in NiCE and what motivated you to apply?
PMO Manager
Applied in early April, heard back after five weeks to schedule an initial interview a week later. That went well, so I got a hiring manager interview two weeks after that. The hiring manager interview was short, mostly basic questions about PMO and leadership. They said to wait about two weeks for feedback because the manager would be out. I followed up after two weeks, then another week, and then two weeks after that, but never got a response. It was disappointing to be ghosted after the process started so well, especially from a company that says it's nice to work with. Took about 13-14 weeks from applying to the last follow-up.
- Can you describe how you would assess an executive's request and handle its effects on the project's schedule and resources?
Resource Manager
I had a recruiter call first. Then, I had a Skype interview with a Senior Resource Manager who was in another country. This interview was about 40 minutes long. After that, I interviewed with the Global Head.
- Can you tell me about the work you are currently doing, including any challenges you've faced and overcome, and what you consider your strengths to be?
- Given a few scenarios, how would you approach and tackle them?
