The interview process for this cloud role had 4 rounds and was fast and transparent. The technical difficulty was medium. I cleared all the technical rounds, but the HR was very rude and arrogant. They asked inappropriate questions like 'Is someone holding a gun to your head?' even though they had only joined the company a couple of months prior. Despite clearing all technical rounds, they rejected me, claiming that people changing companies is a funny reason. Management should perform resume screening before the interview process to save everyone's time.

I got through to the HR round. It was a campus placement with 3 rounds. First, there were aptitude and basic computer knowledge questions. Second, a technical interview which also included general questions, like basic questions about my project, everything on my resume, operating systems, and Linux commands. They also asked about my family and my interest in the company. It was an easy round. Third, the HR round, where all the classic questions were asked. Some technical questions about computer networks were also asked. It was a NICE interaction.

I sent in my resume online and got a call pretty quickly to set up an interview. The first chat was with the Hiring Manager and his boss. It was pretty standard stuff, like asking why I'm leaving my current job, for me to talk about a time I fixed a tough problem, and just general background questions. That interview took about 20-30 minutes, and they scheduled me for a technical interview the next day. The technical part was focused on the skills listed on my resume, just like other interviews I've had where they tailor it to your background. A couple days later, I had an interview with HR to go over benefits and pay.
