The interview process was unprofessional and communication was poor. Most interviewers seemed unprepared and the process felt chaotic. One interview even included a ten minute rant about AI from the interviewer, which took away time for the actual interview. I went through multiple rounds, twice, for two separate TAM roles. After the recruiter told me I was a final candidate, I was ghosted.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a 3 stage process. HR, hiring Manager, and then director. I went through all 3 stages however after I interviewed with the director the company stopped responding to any emails or requests for feedback despite going through multiple contacts. Its understandable to not get a job, but ghosting feedback when your through to the final stage is poor.

It will be about 3 to 5 interviews in total. First, there's an HR round, then interviews with Hiring Managers. After that, you'll have Technical Interviews. If they like you in the final round, which is a panel interview, but you don't quite meet their standards, they might suggest you for a different role within the company. If that happens, you'll have another 2-3 interviews for that other position.
