A recruiter reached out and I ended up interviewing. The first round was with the Hiring Manager, followed by a second round that was holistic, with four 30-minute interviews with cross-functional team members. The final round was with the head of department and the regional head.

It was pretty simple. Three rounds total with folks from different product groups. They wanted to know about my background, why I'd be a good fit, and my experience with gaming. They were nice and replied to emails quickly.

Had two phone screens, first with a recruiter, then the CMO. After that, I went for an onsite interview. The office was really big and hot. I met with the hiring manager and then had a video call with the CMO. The recruiter said she'd contact me the next week, probably Monday or Tuesday since it was a Thursday. But she never did, and I never heard back from them at all. It was a really bad and rude way to treat someone after three interviews. I know they're a startup and things move fast, but it only takes a minute to send a rejection email.
